Ingredients: One cup of ice cubes of frozen coffee, two cans of coconut milk, two cans of coconut water, two scoops of hemp/protein powder, two bananas (preferably frozen) and coconut flakes

Instructions: Keep the cans of coconut milk in the refrigerator overnight (or twelve hours). Take the cans out and scoop out the solidified cream settled on the top. Keep the remaining liquid for later use. Beat the cream for a few seconds to make its texture creamy. Now blend coconut water, coffee cubes, banana and protein powder. Pour out into a glass. Layer the top with the whipped cream and then dust the cream with coconut flakes.

Cinnamon Smoothie:

Ingredients: One teaspoon of ground cinnamon, one cup of unflavoured Greek yoghurt, one and a quarter cups of whole milk, four tablespoons of raisins, two bananas (preferably frozen), one cup of ice cubes of frozen coffee, one teaspoon of vanilla extract and four tablespoons of pecans

Instructions: Add the milk, raisins, pecans, cinnamon and vanilla extract into the blender and blend. Now add the bananas, Greek yoghurt, and coffee cubes and blend till the mixture becomes smooth. Pour out and enjoy.
