So far ten Bulgarian cities were visited in its framework. Over 3000 people took part in it. This year the campaign will be carried out between 02 and 16 of May with the support of Targovishte, Razgrad, Shumen, Silistra and Dobrich municipality. The accent will be prevention of risky driving behavior before and during the secondary school graduation parties.
The campaign is supported by the European Commission through the Executive Agency of Health and Consumers in the framework of the HEROES project and by the National programme for youth activities 2008-2010. As in the previous editions, two driving simulators will be included in the campaign. One is a kart with a computer, programmed to slow the machine's reactions to the driver's commands by 1 second, thus simulating slow reactions after using alcohol. The second simulator represents a real car, connected to a computer, simulating driving under extreme situations on the road. The new in 2010 will be the use of alcogoggles, simulating vision with 0.7 promiles of alcohol, and an alcotest – mobile phone application. Trainings for local youngsters are planned in addition, which will enlarge the impact of the campaign on local level, giving opportunity to more citizens to participate free of charge. 
 
This year the campaign will visit:
Targovishte – on 04th of May, "Svoboda" square, from 10:00 to 18:00;
Razgrad – on 07th of May, "Vazrajdane" square, from 10:00 to 18:00;
Shumen – on 10th of May, "Osvobojdenie" square, from 10:00 to 18:00;
Silistra – on 13th of May, "Svoboda" square, from 10:00 to 18:00;
Dobrich – on 16th of May, "Svoboda" square, from 10:00 to 18:00.
