– the "10 D by night" – a project supported by the Executive Agency on Health and Consumers of the European Commission, aimed at focusing the young peoples’ attention on the dangers on the road. The actions were carried out in the most active graduation period of the year – between 20 and 30 of May, when there is an increased danger of road accidents.

The initiatives were supported by the municipalities of Vidin, Ruse, Veliko Turnovo, Gabrovo, Sliven and Burgas. There were a total of 15 actions in those cities in which 1130 young people took part. Every participant had the opportunity to test his/her driving abilities by completing a survey, two alcotests, one drug test and two reaction tests.
