... which was brought to Bulgaria by Primo group, we had to ensure appropriate vehicles to carry it together with the large amount of documents, posters, bags and gadgets. This task proved quite complicated because even the large pan-European car rental companies (Herz, Avis, etc.) did not offer the type of vehicles, we were looking for. Fortunately a Bulgarian company had just a lunched renting of cargo minibuses. They had two Mercedes Sprinters, which exactly fitted our requirements. In addition to them we rented two Renault Cango’s to assist with the materials. A Mercedes was carrying primarily the heavy stuff and three of the animators, while a Renault was devoted to two team members and information materials. The two minibuses were nicely dresses with the colours and signs of the campaign and the European Union.
