The relevance of the project

The participants were asked to rate on the scale from one to five, where five is the highest mark, the:

  • acquisition of new knowledge and skills – eleven people gave 4 and nineteen – 5;
  • implementation of the knowledge and skills, they possess – two gave two, five – 3, thirteen – 4 and ten – 5;
  • opportunity to participate – two gave 3, twelve – 4 and sixteen – 5.

The conclusion is that in general the project was well accepted due to its relevance to the needs of the young people.

The organisation and management of the project

The participants were asked to rate on the scale from one to five, where five is the highest mark, the:

accommodation – eight gave 4 and twenty two – 5;
food – one gave 3, eight – 4 and twenty one – 5;
transport – one gave 2, twelve – 4 and seventeen – 5.

The conclusion is that the logistics was well organized so that the participants had environment, giving them the opportunity for maximum benefit from the trainings.

The implementation of the educational activities (methods, approaches, resource persons and documents used)

The participants were asked to rate on the scale from one to five, where five is the highest mark, the:

  • programme, if it was:
    • interesting – five gave 4 and twenty five – 5;
    • unexpected – one gave 1, one – 2, four – 3, seventeen – 4 and seven – 5;
    • fun – one gave 3, ten – 4 and nineteen – 5;
    • loss of time – twenty seven gave 1, one – 3 and two – 5;
    • challenge – five gave 2, three – 3, nine – 4 and thirteen – 5;
  • lectors and facilitators, if they were:
    • available – three gave 4 and twenty seven – 5;
    • well prepared – three gave 4 and twenty seven – 5;
    • able to teach something new – six gave 4 and twenty four – 5;
    • able to make learning fun -– four gave 4 and twenty six – 5.

The conclusion is that the programme was developed according to the need of the majority of the participants, the experts were well chosen and the facilitators managed to do their work.

The results achieved

The participants were asked to rate on the scale from one to five, where five is the highest mark, the:

  • opportunity to share – one gave one, two – 3, eleven – 4 and sixteen – 5;
  • willingness of people to participate – three gave 2, two – 3, ten – 4 and fifteen – 5;
  • getting to know new people – eleven gave 4 and nineteen – 5;
  • feeling as a part of a team – one gave 2, one – 3, seven – 4 and twenty one – 5;
  • possibility to work again in team – one gave 3, three – 4 and twenty six – 5.

The conclusions is that the participants developed their sense of belonging and importance within a group and they felt the benefit of the team work synergy effect.

The follow-up of the project

Twenty six of the participants rated with 5 the possibility to participate again and four rated it with four. That gives extremely good chances the sample projects to be realized and thus the participants to learn further how they can be active and responsible young citizens. The last, of course, depends on the interest of the funding bodies, too.
