The original aim of the project was to develop a sense of belonging and importance, the skills required to be active agents for change and development, and the knowledge required to make choices within the context of contemporary Europe among the young Bulgarians. The training programme supported the personal development of youth leaders by extending their competencies to actively participate in the community life.
